Bola Salami, Director
Bola Salami, Director, is a dedicated and hardworking professional with over 10 years of experience in the health and social care industry. Bola has a strong history of leading high-performance teams to provide a high standard of care. In their current role, Bola works as a Community Care Giver, their responsibilities include assessing service user needs, preparing their care plans and risk assessments according to said needs, along with their wishes and preferences, and providing personal care, including showering, bathing, shaving, and oral hygiene. In a past role as Duty Manager at Nower House Care Home, Bola led and managed the care team, helping them to deliver high standards of care across the organisation, they supported the manager in running the workplace, covered for them in their absence, and ensured standards of care were maintained. Over their 10 years working within the social care industry, Bola has earned many skills that can be transferred to many areas of their life, such as time management, problem-solving, and good communication.
Bola has a Higher National Diploma in Physics with Engineering Production, as well as an NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care (Adult) for England and an NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care.
